Mountain Creek Resort Wedding | Gina + Bryan

Gina and Bryan’s wedding at Mountain Creek Resort in Vernon NJ was absolutely NUTS!  I mean nuts as in bonkers, over the top, amazingly fun and a true highlight of the year.  This one really had everything.  A phenomenal view? Check!  An amazing couple? Check!  A super fun group of family and friends? Check!  Oh…and a drag queen officiant? Double Check!!

We met up with the couple on their wedding day at Mountain Creek Resort for the end of their getting ready and the journey to the top of the mountain.  One of the best parts of a Mountain Creek wedding is that the photos and ceremony are usually done at the very top of the mountain…after taking the gondola up!  One thing I need to point out is that the staff at Mountain Creek are really some of the very best in the business.  It’s no small feat getting everything up and down a mountain and they pull it off wonderfully every time.  After doing first looks (see below) with the couple, we had time for a bunch of bridal party photos before the ceremony making sure we took full advantage of the amazing views we had on this day.  The partially cloudy skies even added more drama!  The late afternoon clouds soon parted for the ceremony and we even had some time afterwards with the couple on the top of the mountain as the guests made their way down the gondola for the cocktail hour and reception in the lodge.   As you can see in their photos, there was absolutely no let up once the reception began.  The crew from Fantasy DJs had the dance floor packed the entire night!  It’s always a good sign when the photographers are leaving as a sweaty mess at the end of the night and this one was no exception!
