Continuing on with our late fall weddings with Marybeth and Michael’s wedding at the beautiful Nassau Inn in Princeton NJ. This is probably one of the easiest venues in the area to shoot at as it is located mere steps from Princeton University which provides all the photographic opportunities anyone would ever need! Both Marybeth and Michael were getting ready at the Inn and Carrie and I went our separate ways as usual! Since we still had a hint of fall colors late in the season, we did the first look with the couple on the tree lined path right out in front of the Nassau Inn. Even the chilly fall weather wasn’t going to keep this group from heading over to the University for the bridal party pictures. Thankfully, the timeline was well planned and we had plenty of time to shoot around the university before a) it got dark and b) we had to head back to the Nassau Inn for the ceremony and reception. Prior to the wedding, Marybeth shared with me that one of the reasons they chose the Nassau Inn was that they loved the warm aesthetic of the historic inn and wanted to have their wedding be an “elegant rager”. As you can see below…I think they pulled it off nicely!
