Hunterdon County NJ Engagement Photos | Kelly + Ben

November 21, 2017

One of the great perks of this “job” is that I get to make a bunch of life long friends.  Kelly & I met for the first time in 2009 when we photographed her brother’s wedding!  It is always an honor when we get to see multiple members of the same family and friends group throughout the years!  We met up with Kelly and Ben for their engagement session on a chilly fall evening a few weeks ago.  Their adorable (and VERY smelly by the end of the session) pup joined us for their photos too.  One of the reasons we include engagement sessions with all of our collections is that it gives us a chance to get to know the couple a little better before the wedding.  Even though I’ve known Kelly for a while, it was really great to see the dynamic between her and Ben.  As you can see, I do not think that these two have a problem being themselves!  A truly outgoing and hysterical couple.  I cannot wait for their wedding at The Ryland Inn next year!!
