Five Bird Farm Wedding | Sarah + Chris

Thursday weddings are becoming more and more common and Sarah and Chris’ wedding at Five Birds farm in Ringoes NJ was one for the books.  Ever seen the northern lights in NJ?  I hadn’t either until this wedding. What’s more, we were able to capture the moment for the couple!  One of our favorite things about Five Birds Farm is the laid back but sophisticated atmosphere it provides for a wedding day.  There’s a quiet elegance to the farm that really feels welcoming each time we are there.  The couple chose a very laid back feel to the day and with the exception of a few “formals” before the ceremony, Carrie and I really went into documentary mode for the majority of the day.  The party flowed seamlessly between the tent, barn, and lawn areas all night long as the couple’s vision for a relaxed, home like party came to fruition.  These rustic yet elegant weddings will always be a favorite of Carrie and I.
