Weddings at Davids Country Inn are always a good time! Ali & Nevin’s Davids Country Inn wedding was no exception! A completely laid back and in-love couple combined with awesome family and friends meant this wedding was a party from the very beginning. In fact, Ali & Nevin’s path here started with a party. With a little help from their dog and Ali’s friend (and maid of honor) Heather, Nevin proposed on New Years Eve. He started the proposal with a ruse that their dog had gotten out of the house. Heather went running into the room to tell Ali that the dog escaped and Nevin needed help finding her. Ali then bolted into the living room when Nevin proceeded to let the dog in (wearing a bow tie none the less) and propose. Ali said she had no idea it was coming and was in a state of excited shock for at least an hour afterwards! Leading up to the wedding, I asked Ali what she looking forward to on her wedding day. Her answer? The dancing! She said “We really hope our wedding is just a relaxed giant party.” As you can see below, it definitely was!
